Refund & Return Policy

  • Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. They should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns.
